Being part of the SAP consulting ecosystem for over two decades has enabled me to advise prospective and/or current SAP clients who are embarking on a digital transformation journey on SAP products, solutions, services, and innovations. Implementing SAP solutions should bring instant ROI and lead to better financial and business controls and resource planning for SAP clients. I also closely work with prospective/current SAP clients as their trusted partners to advise them on the best practices to follow in an SAP program and project management, pitfalls to avoid in their SAP implementation journey, and share valuable lessons learned from the SAP trenches. My approach is to closely work with clients to identify their most pressing business pains and address them with SAP solutions. Doing so leads clients to take Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, implement change management, and adopt SAP Best Practices. SAP Consulting Experience SAP Leader for Business Sales, Presales & Delivery, and possessing over 20 years of professional experience, 18 years of which is in SAP systems. In this role, I lead or manage every associated excitement and challenge - be it presales, business development, sales, people, processes, operations, execution, delivery, and support issues. I am an avid reader and a lifelong learner; I love every bit of my work & life, and always looking/suggesting ways to improve processes and workflows. I am very fortunate to have authored eight bestselling SAP books and able to share my knowledge with the SAP community. All my books are published by SAP Press, and the titles are in the areas of SAP Logistics and PLM. I also prolifically write or create content for top SAP websites such as Espresso Tutorials, SAPexperts, SearchSAP, CIO, SearchERP, and ERPtips. I am also the technical advisor for SAPexperts (SCM), Michael Management Corp (MMC), and an ASUG presenter.
