For over twenty years Donna has worked with organizations such as Microsoft, IBM and Accenture to help their teams increase productivity, reduce risk and collaborate and engage with everyday Microsoft Office programs. Rather than "tick the box" style training, Donna's programs are practical and specific and are designed to connect concepts, tips and topics to how to use Microsoft Office in the "real world." A former Executive Assistant to the managing director of a national company, Donna holds a Bachelor of Training & Development and is based in Melbourne Australia.
